The 15-Year Diamond Award recognizes staffing agencies that have provided superior client service for 15 consecutive years, a distinction earned by only 7.6% of firms in the 2025 Best of Staffing program. Additionally, winners of the 10-Year Diamond Award for Talent Satisfaction demonstrate a decade-long commitment to exceptional candidate experiences, with job seekers placed by winning agencies being 1.6 times more likely to be completely satisfied compared to those placed by non-winning firms.
